Series Overview

The most common method for evaluating the fluidity of thermoplastic resin is measuring the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) or melt volume-flow rate (MVR).
The 120 Series is a melt flow testing machine (Melt Indexer, Melt Flow Indexer, MI), specifically designed to measure MFR and MVR. With a lineup of manual, automatic, and full automatic models, we provide optimal solutions to meet diverse customer needs. All models are designed and manufactured in accordance with industry standards such as JIS, ISO, and ASTM.

The Melt Flow Index Tester is equipped with data management features, and designed with a focus on usability and safety. Notably, the high-end model [120-LABOT] is widely appreciated for its compact design relative to its functionality, low running costs, and minimal errors, making it a popular choice among customers. With extensive deliveries to large-scale petrochemical manufacturers, the 120 Series is a powerful tool at the frontlines of quality assurance and research and development.
