History

1955	YASUDA SEIKI SEISAKUSHO, LTD. founded in July as a distributor of physical and chemical appliances.
1956	Tokyo Factory established.
1960	Main Office and Research Institute established in Toyonaka City, Osaka. Reinforced personnel to enhance product design and maintenance.
1965	Tokyo Office established.
1972	Foreign Sales department established, opening doors for exportation towards Southeast Asia.
1975	Awarded by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Present: Ministry of Present Economy, Trade and Industry) for contributing to the growth of Japanese exportation.
1980	Department of Computer Software Development established, devoted to develop automated products for laboratories.
1985	Toyonaka Factory established.
1987	Partnered with the British company LLOYD. Tokyo Office relocated to Itabashi Ward in Tokyo.
1991	Singapore Residence Office established. Nishinomiya Factory (present address) established.
1994	Partnered with the American company KAYNESS (Present: DYNISCO).
2001	Obtained ISO9001 certification.
2003	Head Office relocated and integrated with Nishinomiya Factory.
2004	Tokyo Office relocated to present address.
2009	Awarded the Nishinomiya Tech Prize by Nishinomiya City.
