Yasuda Seiki Seisakusho has a dedicated department for after-sales service and support, ensuring we can respond promptly to customer issues. In the event of a problem, we will support you until the issue is resolved in collaboration with our foreign sales department and local agents in each country. Our local agents have engineers who have received specialized training. By dispatching technicians from our agents for troubleshooting or calibration inspections, we can provide prompt and cost-effective services.

Repair (Including Parts Replacement), Modification, and Calibration Period

(1) Repair Period

We provide repair services for up to 20 years after delivery. However, if you wish to repair a product that has exceeded 20 years after delivery, we will respond as much as possible, provided that we determine there are no issues from a technical and safety standpoint. Please note that even within 20 years of delivery, we may be forced to decline due to the procurement status of parts or technical and safety considerations. *If you wish to repair a product purchased second-hand, an inspection (for a fee) is required to confirm its condition. If the inspection determines there are no issues, we will proceed with the repair.

(2) Calibration Period

We will respond to calibration as much as possible, even for products that have exceeded 20 years after delivery. If the calibration results fail and you wish to repair, we will respond according to (1).

Exclusion of Warranty Liability

We shall not be liable for any secondary damages (device damage, opportunity loss, lost profits, etc.) or any damages caused by the failure or damage of the product. Please note that we are not responsible for any data loss recorded on the product and the PC connected to the product.
