- This tester is used to evaluate the bursting strength of textile according to the Mullen’s method.
- The operator is to tighten the test specimen to the tightening board and pressurize it with a rubber membrane mediator.
- The maximum pressure when the test specimen bursts subtracted by the strength of the rubber membrane will be the bursting strength of the test specimen.
