No.162-EW SLIP TESTER (FOR ENAMELED WIRE)
- This tester is used to measure the Inclination Angle(Static Friction Coefficient) when the test specimen of enabled wire starts sliding.
- Fix 2 specimens parallel to one another onto the Sled and Inclination Board.
- Put the tension to 2 specimens on the board. Set the Sled on the Board, making each specimen get crossed when the Angle is 0°.
- Measure the Angle when the Mass starts sliding while the Board gets inclining at a certain speed. Static Friction Coefficient will be calculation as tanθ from the measured Angle.
