This year, we will be showcasing four testing machines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. No.120-LABOT-12 MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER (FULL AUTOMATIC)<\/strong>
    This system fully automates melt flow rate (MFR) measurement with a robotic mechanism.
    Simply place the sample in the sample cup and enter the test conditions\u2014standard operation allows for 12 consecutive tests, with an option for up to 50 consecutive tests.
    It eliminates human error in test results and reduces the time required for testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. No.120-SAS-1 MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER (AUTOMATIC)<\/strong>
    This device measures melt flow rate (MFR), an indicator of flowability during thermoplastic molding and processing.
    Equipped with a cleaning mechanism, it enables fully automatic single-cycle testing.
    It reduces human error in test procedures and cleaning, improving test reproducibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. No.189-PNCA NOTCHING MACHINE (AUTOMATIC)<\/strong>
    This machine is a dedicated notch milling machine for impact test sample preparation.
    It comes standard with a motorized clamp feed function, and various optional features are available.
    By adjusting cutter rotation speed and feed rate, the machine can be optimized for different test samples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. No.258-ZA IMPACT TESTER (FULL AUTOMATIC)<\/strong>
    This system fully automates the Charpy and Izod impact testing process.
    Simply set the samples in the cassette and enter the test conditions using the dedicated software\u2014up to 210 test samples can be measured consecutively.
    Samples are automatically transferred from the low-temperature chamber cassette to the anvil and impacted within 5 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
