- This tester is used to evaluate the stiffness of firm paper, plastic film, and textile according to the Gurley method.
- Attaching the test specimen to the movable arm and rotating it left and right at a prescript speed, the operator is to read the scale when the lower end of the test specimen separates from the pendulum to calculate the stiffness of the test specimen.
